RIP BRIAN WALKER 1953-2010
We have some very sad news. On 11th October 2010, Brian Walker passed away.
Brian started the Essex Vee Dubbers VW Club on 1st April 1992. Most of you would know Brian from the club and all the car shows that he has attended in the past 18 years. You may know him from Battlebridge VW show which happens every year in May, which he fantastically organised and ran for 6 years.
He will be missed by everyone, but the Essex Vee Dubbers will still be run by the family and close friends. Battlesbridge 2011 will still be going ahead and it will be in memory of Brian Walker.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to all those that attended Brian's funeral. It made us feel so proud to know that you cared and made a sad day so special for us. Also, many thanks for all the floral tributes, cards and words of comfort that we have received on our very sad loss.
